Best Terrace in Town If it's peace and quiet you want, this house is perfect. Situated high

up, within the old part of town, this extremely comfortable house has a feeling of Morocco to it. Entering to an open plan kitchen and dining room with lounge, also on this level there is the bathroom and wash area, while upstairs you'll have two double, sunny bedrooms with fantastic views. The terrace is one of the best in Olvera with views in all directions, perfect for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or evening entertainment. You'll pay between 265-295 Euros per week to lease this property with the best terrace in town!
Casa Aguilera This is the cutest little house, perched up high in the old town under the
church. On the ground floor is a kitchen/diner and a shower room. Upstairs is the brightest bed-sitting room imaginable with amazing views seen from a wall of glass. Up again and you have an amazing roof terrace with the church behind you and the olive groves and the town spread out in front. Rents for Casa Aguilera range from just 180 to 220 Euros per week.
Casa Alta A spacious and sunny house, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, this property is situated high up in the old part of Olvera, close to many of the amenities. It has a
modern, fully fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a spacious lounge. There are two bedrooms, one double with lovely views, and one twin. On the top floor, you'll find a washing machine, for guest use, and a door leading out to the south-facing roof terrace, which has amazing views. Casa Alta is available to let in the "high season" for 275 Euros per week.

Casa Arcos A lovely house, beautifully renovated to a very high standard with huge double
terraces and amazing views, this property features a traditional San Juan entrance which leads to a lovely entertaining space complete with bar. A fully modern kitchen boasts every convenience, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room has stunning, uninterrupted views over the mountains. Weekly rentals begin at €250 for 4 people with long-term rentals available @ €300 per month plus utility bills.
Casa Bandida Local legend has it that bandits once used the cave at the rear of this property
as a hideout. Located on a quiet street, this typical Andalucian village property sleeps up to 4 people in 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a reception room, living room, small but well fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-basin. French doors from the rear bedroom lead onto a small terrace with table and chairs. A spiral staircase goes up to the upper roof-terrace, a perfect spot for relaxing, reading and enjoying the mountain views or eating al fresco. The cave is also accessible ... an ideal cool spot during the heat of the day. "Peak" period rental rates for Casa Bandida are 325 Euros per week, with off-peak rentals @ 295 Euros per week.
Casa Blanca A lovely little house in the heart of the old town of Olvera with amazing views of the church, castle and olive groves.Beautifully renovated with all conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, modern bathroom and spacious double bedroom. With long-term rentals available upon request, Casa Blanca's lease rates range from 240 to 275 Euros per week, depending upon the season.

Casa de Carmen This delightfully rustic home is beatifully decorated with lots of Andalucian
charm and situated with easy, flat walking to the town centre. The house has an open plan lounge diner with a fully fitted kitchen to the rear; a downstairs bathroom is over the wash area and has a full-size bath; upstairs you'll find a shower room, a light double bedroom, and walk-in wardrobe; up yet again and there is a delightful attic bedroom with a large single day bed and a extra mattress for additional sleeping. The very sunny terrace is quite private with views. You can lease Casa de Carmen for between 265 and 295 Euros per month.
Casa de las Cuevas Unlike all of our other properties which are located in Olvera, Casa de las Cuevas is in the idyllic little town of Cuevas de San Marcos, just north of Antequera on the border between Malaga and Cordoba provinces, and only an hour's drive from the Malaga or Cordoba airport. This magnificent, huge property features a main house featuring three large, double bedrooms (ensuite in the Master Bedroom) on the first level ... with stairs that lead up to a wrap-around terrace with amazing views of the countryside. The property also has a completely new and fully fitted kitchen, lounge area for relaxing, and separate dining room, along with a very private second bath and loo ... with a fully enclosed covered patio just off the "pedestrian" street facing the property.
